The MSc actively encourages and supports the continuous academic and professional growth of its teaching staff. This policy covers both the academic and research needs of staff, as well as the digital competencies required for effective distance learning delivery.

The MSc provides systematic support to teaching staff for the effective use of digital tools and distance learning methodologies. A dedicated technical helpdesk is available both before and throughout each semester.
