Professional Support & Development of Teaching Staff
The MSc actively encourages and supports the continuous academic and professional growth of its teaching staff. This policy covers both the academic and research needs of staff, as well as the digital competencies required for effective distance learning delivery.
Support in Digital & Distance Learning Methodologies
The MSc provides systematic support to teaching staff for the effective use of digital tools and distance learning methodologies. A dedicated technical helpdesk is available both before and throughout each semester.

- Available before the start of each semester to assist with digital content preparation
- On-call support during the semester for immediate resolution of technical issues

The MSc actively encourages and supports the participation of teaching staff in international activities and mobility programmes, strengthening the programme’s international presence and building a high-level network of collaborations.

Strengthening Research Activity

The Department of Computer Science & Telecommunications and the MSc ensure that teaching staff have access to state-of-the-art infrastructure and resources supporting their teaching and research activities.
